About me

Sometimes life goes haywire. In these moments and situations I want to help you regroup and develop a new plan.

I have been practicing Family and Inheritance law with conviction and passion for many years. Whether as a Lawyer in Dialogue, a mediator, your consultant or attorney I would like to achieve a peaceable and acceptable solution for you. For me the focus is on the children involved, who benefit most from reaching a good solution.

In the matters dealing with inheritance law, I believe in the benefit of designing agreements early on to improve family bonds. Children can be involved in family -or generation talks.

Even then it may not be possible to entirely avoid judicial procedures. In these cases I will help you achieve a good solution.

I also deal with cross-border cases in the fields of Inheritance and Family law, in particular with France, and have written as an expert on this topic.
